Getting a real Christmas tree every year isn’t reasonable for most people. The travel, sap, expense, bugs, and time it takes every year can be draining in more ways than one. Fortunately, I’ve rounded up some AMAZING options for artificial and faux Christmas trees that won’t break the bank.

While I didn’t purchase them all myself, I did inspect the Amazon reviews and customer photos. Don’t forget Amazon Prime’s return policy.. it’s flexible. So get to shopping!

  1. The Affordable Option

Best Choice Products 7.5ft Snow Flocked Artificial Pencil Christmas Tree on Amazon may be thin, but it’s modern, has the appearance of being snow-covered, and has great reviews!

This tree is $99 at the time of this article being written, but it appears the price ranges from $75-150 depending on demand.

I love this option, because it won’t break the bank and it won’t take up too much space.

2. The Pre-Lit Option

I’m not a huge fan of this shade of green, but it’s definitely a classic. This is the Home Heritage 7 Foot Artificial Half Pine Christmas Tree. It’s pre-lit which will save hours of work every year. However, keep in mind no lights will last forever, which may shorten the life of the tree.

This tree is also on the thinner side, but at a little over $100, it’s a steal! I look through the review photos, and I didn’t see one hole in tree. It looks THICC, y’all!

3. The Best Investment

TAKE MY MONEY! This National Tree Company 'Feel Real' Artificial Christmas Tree doesn’t have the paper-thin leaves. It’s fluff, realistic, and the shade of green makes it my personal favorite.

While it costs over $200, it’s 7 feet tall. A real tree this height would run you well over $100, over $300 in some areas. Considering you can use this for decades to come, I’d place an order now… like, right now.

Take a look at the customer reviews and see for yourself!

4. The Classic, Long-Lasting Option

Considering the first review I saw was from a customer who has been happily using this tree for over 6 years, I knew I had to include this Best Choice Products 7.5ft Premium Spruce!

Once fluffed, the tree looks beautiful. The price seems to range anywhere from $100-150, but 7.5 foot trees at Walmart are priced slightly higher on average (and appear much thinner).

I’d say this is the “classic” artificial Christmas tree that delivers high quality at an affordable price.

5. The Most Realistic

This Fraser Hill Farm 7.5-Foot Foxtail is absolutely incredible. The untamed branches make it look truly authentic. The shades of green shown throughout would fool any houseguest into thinking you’d cut it down yourself!

While the cost is $234, again, you have to compare it to the cost of purchasing a real tree every year.. or even replacing a cheap fake tree every few years! I’d say this one is well worth the cost. And the reviews seem to agree with me!

6. The Fluffy, Snowy One

Oh, heavens. This tree is so fluffy you can’t even see through it. The snow doesn’t look like cheap plastic or dandruff. It’s realistic, dispersed like snow, and looks like you got it from a ski resort.

It’s an investment, but it’s got good reviews and will look fabulous in your home. It also comes with lights, which is ideal since it can be a pain to wrap lights on a tree with snow.

This one is from Fraser Hill Farm, which is a well-known brand for artificial trees. You’ll often find this brand on bloggers’ websites and influencers’ social media.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, there are countless options out there for beautiful artificial Christmas trees. Do your research, consider the options I’ve researched for you above, and read lots of reviews. Don’t trust the photos provided by the seller!

Also, remember that pre-lit trees have a shorter lifespan. Trees without lights often last longer, are more affordable, allow more room for decorating creativity, and seem to look more realistic.
