Our rates are for parties up to 6. If your party has more than 6 (and is willing to utilize the pack-n-play, queen air mattress, and/or couch), it costs an additional $75/person per night.
Due to health conditions of the owners, smoking and pets are not allowed.
Nightly Rates
Weekday rates often range from $250-375/night. Weekend rates often range from $340-400/night. However, this varies day-to-day. For an exact amount, please visit the AirBNB listing and select your dates.
A cleaning fee of $100 per stay will apply.

Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. These are strict as our housekeeper needs time to prepare for the next guest. We will do our best to accommodate exceptions whenever possible.

Pets and smoking are not allowed inside or outside, and this rule is strictly enforced.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund made for cancellations within 14 days of check in date.

Whoever books the property must provide a valid ID, be at least 25 years of age, and must sign a liability waiver accepting responsible for all people on the property.

The home is located on a pond connected to Caddo Lake. The exact address will be provided once your cancellation deadline has passed for security and safety reasons.
